Erica James joins The Entrust Group with over 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. After earning a Bachelors of Art in International Relations focused in Political Economy from San Francisco State University, Erica relocated to Chicago, IL to pursue a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy at The University of Illinois at Chicago.

After completing her graduate work, Erica joined Housing Opportunities for Women (HOW), where she worked to alleviate homelessness amongst single women and their children and to create affordable housing opportunities for this population on Chicago’s affluent north side. To facilitate this goal, Erica created partnerships with numerous developers, private landlords, and property management companies. She also managed more than 13 of the agency's Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contracts, and successfully transitioned a 24 unit multi-family building into a mixed-use, affording housing development complex. Erica later joined Coldwell Banker in the Lincoln Park office, where she worked in residential sales.

After leaving Chicago, Erica relocated to Northern New Jersey where she joined Regus Management. As a General Manager she assumed full P & L responsibility, managed the business center, and developed new and key corporate accounts.

Erica resides in the Morristown area with her family and enjoys yoga, writing, and more recently golf in her spare time.
