Special Event: Unlock Your IRA / 2010 Roth Conversions

The first part of this intermediate workshop offers investors a comprehensive understanding of how to Unlock Your IRA and take control of your financial future with a self directed IRA or 401k. Attendees will learn about the alternative investment choices to the stock market (i.e. real estate, notes, LLCs) and the rules and regulations to stay within IRS guidlines. If you are interested in learning more about a self-directed IRA, then this is the class for you.

The second part of this workshop is a special presentation on how recent tax law changes are going to allow everybody to convert their pre-tax IRAs to Roth IRAs beginning in 2010. This class will also discuss how the IRS is going to finance the tax bill by allowing you up to 3 years to pay the tax associated with the conversion.
