**Tempe Workshop**Distressed Homeowners Solutions: Loan Modifications, Short Sales and More

This comprehensive class is taught highlighting loan modifications, short sales, foreclosure and deed in lieu of foreclosure. We'll review the processes, what they mean, viable options if you owe more on your mortgage than your property is worth, where bankruptcy fits into the picture, the different rules for investors. You will learn what is actually happening to property owners, including investors, who pursue one of these options.  Are any a viable option if you owe more on your mortgage than your property is worth? Where does bankruptcy fit into the picture? Are the rules different if you are an investor?  We will discuss pending legislation including the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007 and share our recent experiences on purchasing properties in today's climate advising on how to get the best deal for the best price in the shortest amount of time.
