Private Money - Borrower or Lender Be?
Description:	How much will a private lender give me? Can I borrow from an IRA/401K? What interest rates can I expect to pay—any points? How do I advertise and what about the SEC? What if I am syndicated LLC Partnership, etc? Lenders--How do I find someone to lend my money to? Why would I want to lend my money? If I lend my money am I a mini bank? How would I be protected? Who would help me in the process? Can my IRA/401K lend money? What about a Health Savings Plan and an Educational IRA? How much interest can I make? Is it safe to lend money? Do I have to pay taxes on the money/interest earned? This workshop will discuss the questions above as related to present economic conditions. Potential lenders and borrowers are welcome and are encouraged to invite family, friends, or any professionals (attorneys, CPA’s, CFP’s, etc.) that they use and trust.
