About the Presenters: Munzer Ghosheh of Entrust IRA Services, Jan Brzeski and Scott Kend of Standard Capital, LLC.

Jan is the founder of Standard Capital and the manager of the Standard Capital Residential Investment Fund, which focuses on California bridge lending.   Prior to starting his own business, Mr. Brzeski worked for Standard Management Company, a respected value-oriented real estate investment company founded in 1961, and at Goldman, Sachs & Co.  Mr. Brzeski is also an instructor at UCLA Extension and his most recent course on real estate investment received a combined average score of 8.4 out of a possible 9.0 based on student evaluations.

Munzer Ghosheh is the Director of Business Development for Entrust IRA Services. He has over 20 years of experience working for major consumer finance, real estate, and title companies. An expert on self-directed retirement investing, he frequently presents at real estate investment conferences, investor clubs, and retirement and financial planner groups. Munzer has taught numerous continuing education courses on self-directed retirement plans to real estate professionals, CPAs, and CFPs.
