**THE THREE VALUES | **Most non-traditional assets have multiple investors; these investments are known as fractional interest investments, with many investors owning very small portions of the asset. There are three approaches used to value non-traditional assets: the *Original Funding Value*, the *Management Asset Value*, and the *Fractional Interest Market Value*.
