Joedy J. Patrick

Joedy Patrick founded Entrust Great Lakes, LLC in September 2004. He is a licensed real estate broker and past member of the Michigan Association of Realtors Public Policy Committee and Land Use Subcommittee. In the past, he has held a series 7 (securities license) and all of the various insurance licenses.

Joedy is the owner of the The Institute – The Source for Continuing Education, LLC and has instructed over 60,000 students in real estate continuing education since 1987. He also has 20 years of experience as a real estate investor, primarily in vacant land.

Joedy's introduction to the Entrust Group was as an investor, and through self-direction he has grown the value of his Roth IRA substantially. His decision to become an affiliate was simple: anything that worked so well for him has the potential to be great for others as well.

W. Timothy Patrick

Timothy Patrick joined Entrust Great Lakes, LLC in September, 2004. Tim received a Bachelors degree in Economics from Rutgers University in 1992 and has been licensed as an investment advisor.

Tim has spent the better part of the past 10 years serving clients as a broker with a primary focus on fixed income, although his exposure to real estate was developed while managing the purchase of land contracts for a national bank.

When approached by Joedy to work with Entrust Great Lakes, LLC Tim saw an opportunity to use his client services expertise as well as his knowledge of the local owner-financed real estate market to help others in using their self-directed IRA's to enhance their retirement portfolio.
