WE'RE MOVING!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be advised that effective September 1st, 2010, our corporate headquarters will be moving from Verona, NJ to a larger facility in Roseland, NJ.
Entrust Northeast will be closed as of 1 pm August 31st, and will not re-open for business until September 3rd, 2010.
As our phones and email may not be operational until September 3rd, please anticipate your transaction needs and forward the necessary documentation for completion prior to these blackout dates. Fee Schedule Update: Please be advised that our Fee Schedule will be changing effective August 1, 2010 for existing clients. The current regulatory environment has considerably impacted the cost of doing business, with federal regulators mandating significant procedural changes. Whereas we at Entrust Northeast have absorbed most of the cost, we must also pass along these increases to you and are forced to raise our fees for the first time in four years. You may find the new fee schedule on this website in the Downloads & Forms area or by clicking Fee Disclosure. If you would like to review or change the fee option for your account, please contact our office as soon as possible. Any change to your fee option must be completed by Monday, July 26, 2010 in order to allow us to make the necessary changes to your account prior to the August 1st billing; you may do this by submitting a new signed fee schedule.

Jaime Raskulinecz has been recognized by NJBIZ as one of the Best 50 Women in Business! To qualify, a nominee had to meet the following criteria: live and/or work in New Jersey, and hold significant authority for decision making in a for-profit business or company. An independent panel of judges selected the top 50 candidates based on dedication to business growth, professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement, and advocacy for women. The recipients of this award will be featured in a special supplement to NJBIZ on April 6 and will be honored at an awards ceremony at The Palace in Somerset, NJ on March 30. About Our Office
Jaime Raskulinecz, CPM, is the CEO of Entrust Northeast, LLC. Ms. Raskulinecz concentrates on educating the public and professionals about self-directed retirement plans and is a frequent speaker on the topic. Prior to becoming a part of The Entrust Group Ms. Raskulinecz was and is CEO and a principal of Rainbow Property Management, and is a New Jersey licensed real estate broker.
Ms. Raskulinecz has worked full-time in the real estate industry since 1994. She has served on the executive board of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 1, in New Jersey. Ms. Raskulinecz has also been awarded the NAHP-e (National Affordable Housing Professional – Executive) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association – one of only 16 in New Jersey.
As a real estate investor herself, she has knowledge and experience in the northeast marketplace as well as with waterfront properties in Cape Cod and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Linda Varas concentrates on running and overseeing the back office operations of the company.
Ms. Varas has been in the property management business for more than 20 years. Since 1994 she has been president and a principal of Rainbow Property Management, LLC, a third party management firm with expertise in subsidized rentals, market rate rentals, community associations and commercial property.
Rainbow Property Management was recently awarded the AMO designation (Accredited Management Organization) by IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). There are less than 540 firms worldwide who have been awarded this prestigious designation. Ms. Varas is also a real estate investor herself.
Jennifer Bzik, CISP is our Operations Manager and oversees the handling of client transactions. Ms. Bzik is responsible for the review of office procedures and compliance requirements and is well versed in the intricacies of the IRS regulations surrounding self-directed retirement plans. Ms. Bzik is a graduate of Rider University with a degree in Finance.
Ms. Bzik was recently awarded the Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), a nonprofit organization sponsored by the American Bankers Association, in Washington, DC. This designation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of IRA services.
Aida Reluzco acts an Account Representative for Entrust Northeast, and is typically the first contact for anyone who calls our offices. She is also very well versed in the intricacies of the IRS regulations surrounding self-directed retirement plans and is happy to help with transactions and general questions.
Ms. Reluzco reviews all transactions for accuracy and recommends that clients contact her first before beginning the investment process to ensure a seamless and timely transaction. Aida focuses on client education and her first priority is providing excellent customer service.
Steve Moran is a Business Development Consultant for Entrust Northeast, LLC and will concentrate on servicing the New York City metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Entrust Northeast, Steve worked for more than 18 years in the accounting and finance field. Most recently, he was and is a Senior Account Executive with one of the most successful mortgage origination teams in New York City, the Appel/Moran Team.
Steve has an extensive reputation for delivering high quality service to all clients. We look forward to having you meet him at an upcoming event.
