Description:	Most of the retirement investors we meet are unaware that their IRAs can directly invest in real estate. Join us for an eye-opening introduction into the world of real estate IRAs. This class introduces real estate investors to a new source of funding and teaches real estate brokers how to reach a new source of buyers and ultimately sellers of real estate. Understanding how real estate in self directed IRAs works and what rules apply are the important first steps to being able to assist clients with their retirement investments. Roth real estate IRAs are an option as well. We walk through sample investments and discuss investment options.
