Our Rehab Sub Group led by Jan Wynns, is held the second Tuesday of the month at the Perkins Restaurant located at Capital Blvd and the Beltline. The purpose of this group is to educate its members about the use of rehab as a strategy in real estate investment. The focus is on how to create value using rehab. This covers selecting properties, estimating repairs, selecting contractors, making repairs, and controlling expenses. It also covers refinements within the framework of the investor strategy for the property, e.g., buy and hold, fix and flip, and wholesaling. The support areas of marketing, sales, and finance are discussed as they relate directly to rehab.

Our Rehab Sub Group Meeting is Free, but attendees are expected to purchase a meal.
