The Entrust Group Notifies Public of Fraudulent Copycat Web Site

Reno, NV., September 16, 2009– The Entrust Group (www.theentrustgroup.com), provider of record-keeping and administrative services for self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and qualified plans for more than 25 years, is warning the public of a fraudulent web site bearing the Entrust name has been discovered.  The name of the site is www. entrust-groupsvc.cn and the site owners present themselves as Entrust Group, Inc.  The scam web site phishes for information from individuals via fraudulent job offers.

The Entrust Group has had a number of inquiries regarding these false job offers.  They urge the public to disregard these false employment emails.

Pete Tucker, Entrust COO, stated “we are doing everything we can to stop the perpetrators from sending these fraudulent emails and are actively working to have this scam site removed from the internet.”  

Again, the official “Entrust Group” web site is located at http://www.theentrustgroup.com.  It is a registered business in the state of Nevada.
