How to View Fees, Change Payment Methods, and Pay Fees

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of viewing your fees, updating your payment methods, and paying your fees using the Entrust Client Portal. This tutorial ensures that you can easily manage your fees and avoid any disruptions in service.

  1. Log In and Locate Your Fees: After logging in to the Entrust Client Portal, scroll down and locate the box displaying your account number. Click on the "Fees" link within that box.
  2. View Your Fees: On the fees page, scroll down to see all the fees that have been charged to your account, starting with the most recent.
    • Note: For each fee, you will typically see two transaction line items:
      • The first line item indicates when the fee is due, showing a positive balance.
      • The second line item indicates when the fee has been paid, returning the balance to zero.
    • This page will display all types of fees, including recordkeeping fees, asset purchase fees, wire fees, and more.
  3. Update Your Payment Method:
    • If you want to change how your fees are paid, scroll to the top of the Entrust Client Portal and click on the Billing tab. Scroll down to view all the credit cards associated with your account. You can delete any card if needed.
    • To add a new payment method, click on "Add New Payment Method." On the next page, you can choose to add either a credit card or a U.S. bank account.
      • Note: If you have fees currently due, you can only manually charge a credit or debit card, not a U.S. bank account. Once the fees are paid, you can set up a U.S. bank account for auto-debit in the future.
    • Enter the payment information, click "Save," and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Pay Your Fees: To make a payment, return to the Billing tab. Select the account for which you want to make a payment. Click on "Pay Fees." On the payment page, you will see a box asking how you want to pay the balance due. Select your preferred method. Click the "Submit" button to complete the payment.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and pay your fees through the Entrust Client Portal.
