System Administrator

Location: Oakland, CA

Responsibilities: Performs Salesforce and accounting systems administration, including developing and maintaining stored procedures. Leads development and integration between accounting, Salesforce, and customer portal applications. Maintains Salesforce code base and processes, automation scripts maintenance, custom Salesforce development, and integration with third party platforms. Analyzes and evaluates database requirements and recommends and implements solutions. Automates processes and integrates company accounting software with self-service online capabilities and workflow tools. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with administration of Salesforce and Java applications, including Java-Salesforce integrations building.
  • 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with company business flows;
  • 2 years of experience with full software development cycle support: formulating requirements, implementation, delivery, and production support;
  • 2 years of experience with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database engines maintenance.

Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: Oakland, CA

Responsibilities: Optimizes content and performs keyword research to improve website ranking, traffic, lead generation, and overall site quality score. Plans, implements, and analyzes search and display PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Bing Ads platforms. Leverages digital insights and user behavior tracking to aid management of website, improve user experience, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates. Measures and analyzes campaign data while presenting KPI reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Performs A/B testing and site-wide analysis to boost traffic levels. Creates custom graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing or related field.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or related positions;
  • 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar program to create custom graphics for websites and print ads;
  • 2 years of experience with marketing automation software HubSpot or Marketo;
  • 1 year of experience working directly with advertising platforms Google AdWords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook; and
  • 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics.
