THE THREE VALUES | Most non-traditional assets have multiple investors; these investments are known as fractional interest investments, with many investors owning very small portions of the asset. There are three approaches used to value non-traditional assets: the Original Funding Value, the Management Asset Value, and the Fractional Interest Market Value.
