Meet Joshua, he is a Client Services Associate at The Entrust Group who has been with the company for less than one year. In his position, Joshua is responsible for handling client calls and providing them with account solutions.

What do you enjoy about working for the company?
Being able to find myself in new situations daily and learning from these experiences. I also love my coworkers; they truly care for you and treat you like family.
What special skills do you have?
Problem solving. I love when I'm given the pieces to a puzzle, and the challenge is finding a way to piece the puzzle back together.
What is the most common question you come across at Entrust?
"What’s the status of my transaction?"
Do you know any random facts about the IRA industry?
You have 60 days to rollover funds from one custodian to another, otherwise it’ll be considered a distribution and normal taxation may apply.
What is your favorite type of food?
Breakfast for the win! Specifically, French toast, eggs, and turkey bacon. Mmm!
Do you have any hobbies?
I produce, write, record, mix, and master music. I have a music studio at home. I also love traveling.
Where are you from originally?
I was born and raised outside of Chicago, IL. Go Bulls!
What do you enjoy about living in your state?
I enjoy the nature here in Tennessee along with all the amazing restaurants.
A fun fact about you:
Several remixes I made were played on a major Hip-Hop/Pop radio station in the Orlando, FL area.
